Everything good except the manager Jessica, the rudest person I ever seen managing people. She must to take lessons how treat her employee's. As a client I seen her how she yelled at her bartender.

This place is super dreamy, I spend most of my time here whenever we visit. The atmosphere is spectacular. The food and drinks are amazing. The staff is the absolute best, everyone is welcoming, helpful and happy. It is also kept very clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pool Side, Ocean Side and even in the Beach. This amazing place is located between the beach and the pool just perfectly for you to enjoy your stay in Florida. The Taste are amazing, staff is attentive and pleasant... the infused water a relief after being in the sun... the Food is worth it...order with confidence that it’s going to be delicious.

The poolside staff is excellent, and will set up your chair with chair covers and fresh towels. Chez was our server and was awesome. We moved all around from chair to pool to hot tub to bar area. He kept up with us and did not have to track him down. App - guacamole and chips. It’s Miami can’t mess it up. Entree - fish tacos. A little light on fish but excellent taste. Shrimp curry bowl - absolutely fresh vegetables and rice with amazing curry sauce. Plenty of shrimp. Left full for sure Drinks are pricey particularly if doubles so keep that in mind. But if your staying at 1 Hotel SB, you already know your gonna spend some money. So accept that and relax. It’s great.
